Brussels Sprouts

Brussels Sprouts, famous winter vegetable which is usually served as part of the traditional Christmas dinner. Much maligned vegetable, far more versatile than simply over cooked sprouts. Part of the brassica family includes, Cabbages, Cauliflowers, Brussels Sprouts, Kale, Broccoli, oriental vegetables and turnips.
