One of the prettiest heirloom melon varieties almost ornamental. This old American variety grew so well here in France last year and produced lots and lots of tiny cricket ball size round shaped fruit. Hard skin green turning to yellow. Salmon orange sweet, juicy flesh, average weight about 8 oz. Absolutely delicious and very productive. Heavenly perfume. Absolutely stunning. . This is a favourite variety with our customers both in our farm shop and at our stand at farmers markets in France. Because it is so tiny this melon is a favourite with children and great for individual serving dishes. Has deliciously juicy flesh and keeps well. .
