Aubergine seeds for the Violette de Toulouse (Violet from Toulouse in France) produce an aubergine variety that has particular stunning gorgeous long slim dark purple fruits, , with creamy white tops around tha calyx. When picked early the skin is thin enough to leave unpeeled when cooking.  One of our farmers market customers favourites . A veritable feast for the eyes as well as the tastebuds.
