A striking American heritage tomato, Jersey Devil is renowned for its exceptionally long, pointed fruits, which can resemble fiery red chillies. Despite its dramatic appearance, it is a true paste tomato, producing dense, meaty flesh with very little juice.
This highly productive variety is prized for its excellent flavour and its ability to produce thick, rich sauces with minimal cooking down.
