A magnificent French heritage squash, Musquée de Provence is prized for its large, deeply ribbed fruits and its exceptionally rich, aromatic flesh. The thick, dense orange flesh is sweet and complex, improving in flavour as the squash matures in storage.
This traditional variety has long been grown in southern France for both its beauty and its outstanding culinary qualities.
